Acquired Taste Studios ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit acquiredtastestudios.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We collect two kinds of information:
Your company data remains your property. Acquired Taste Studios respects your rights and the confidentiality of your company policies, business information, strategies, and project materials. Data you provide for campaign research is used only for internal analysis and research to inform your campaign strategy and assess potential performance. It is not sold, traded, or used to benefit another client.
Access to your contract and confidential project information is limited to the person who initiates the contract, the people they authorize, and ATS personnel who need access to carry out the agreed work. We will not share your confidential client or project data with any third-party provider, including contractors or providers assisting with delivery, without your company’s prior written approval through an authorized representative. Approval must identify the provider, the information to be shared, and its intended use. Approved providers may use that information only for the approved purpose and must comply with applicable confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
Anyone representing Acquired Taste Studios, including employees, contractors, and other representatives, must comply with our company privacy and confidentiality policies and applicable nondisclosure agreements (NDAs). We require confidentiality commitments before granting access to confidential client information.
All working files, sketches, concepts, brand identities, logos, designs, campaign strategies, advertising materials, and results are confidential. Outside the authorized project team and third-party providers you have approved in writing, these materials will be shared only when your company agrees through its authorized representative, except where disclosure is required by law. Our representatives may not share, publish, post, publicly comment on, or disclose these materials to another company without that approval. We will not publicly identify your company as a client, disclose our working relationship, or use your company name, logo, work, or results in client lists, portfolios, social media, case studies, testimonials, or promotional materials without your company’s prior permission through an authorized representative.
For your protection, every client engagement is governed by a written contract agreed to before work begins. The contract documents the scope of work, deliverables, pricing and payment terms, ownership and usage rights, confidentiality obligations, and approval requirements. Changes to the agreed scope and permission to disclose your company name or showcase your work must also be documented in writing by your authorized representative.
You retain approval over your advertising. Proposed campaign policies, creative materials, messaging, targeting, budgets, and launch plans must receive approval from you or your authorized representative before implementation. Changes outside the approved scope require your approval before we proceed.
Website visitor data is separate from confidential client data supplied for campaign research. Our website and related inquiry pages use Google Analytics, Google Ads tracking, Meta Pixel, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to understand visits, measure advertising and conversions, and improve our marketing. These providers may receive device, browser, IP address, and page-interaction information under their own privacy policies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; some parts of the site may work differently if you do.
We do not sell or trade your personal information or confidential company information. Sharing confidential client or project data with third-party providers requires your company’s prior written approval as described above. Website visitor information collected through hosting, analytics, and advertising tools is handled separately as described under Cookies & analytics. We may also disclose information if required by law.
We keep your information only as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us at contact@acquiredtastestudios.com.
Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
