Reasons you need this

Every one of these has happened to you. Swipe through.

The wrong list, the loop on the TV, the mom holding her breath — and what happens the moment your menu just… keeps up.

The keg blew at six. Your menu still says it’s on.

He points at the list — gone. Points again — also gone. By the third “sorry,” you’re comping a drink over a beer that ran dry two hours ago. You didn’t do anything wrong — the paper just can’t keep up with you.

Six pages of beer, on a loop.

The TV cycles the list at its speed, not hers. The handles are all clever names, not styles — is that one a porter? No idea. She asks, and the bartender, fifty lists deep today, sighs “read the screen.” So she gives up and orders the usual.

She scans it — and it’s all true.

Everything pouring right now, right there. She even reads it walking in the door, so she gets to the bar already knowing. She taps “porter” and there they are. She’s ready, the bartender’s ready, everybody’s happy.

You add it. It’s in.

Tap a new special on at 6:20 — the next scan already has it. Blow a keg, one click, gone everywhere: QR, website, online ordering. Nobody reprints, nobody remembers. The menu keeps up with the kitchen.

A mom holding her breath.

She taps the allergy, and the menu answers — reading the real ingredient panel off the products your kitchen buys, not a tag typed from memory. What comes off, what’s safe, the words for the server. No guessing. No lawsuit. She exhales.

It all comes down to

One word runs the whole thing: ingredients.

The same engine that keeps a guest safe on an allergen is the one that lets you 86 a dish across your whole menu with one click in the middle of a rush. Because Served knows what’s in every plate — down to the ingredient — it finds every dish an ingredient touches, instantly.

And it means no more grease-stained notebooks on a hook. Every recipe lives safely in one file — health-department ready, nothing to dig for.

Straight answers

The questions everybody asks.

What is SERVED?

SERVED is a one-of-a-kind allergen menu and 86 menu that updates live. A guest picks their allergy and every plate answers from the real supplier ingredient panel. When the kitchen runs out of something, the manager takes it out once and every menu clears in seconds.

How does it know what is in a dish?

Every prep is read down to the ingredient panel printed on the case you actually buy, not a tag typed from memory. Each plate comes back with a straight answer, off the panel.

What happens when I 86 something?

Every prep that item touches falls with it, and every plate built on those preps comes off — website, QR menu and online ordering at once. Nothing 86’d can stay ticked in a cart or reach the kitchen ticket, and the guest sees a red line naming what ran out in the word they would use.

What about the beer taps?

Swap a handle and the menu swaps with it. A guest always knows what is actually pouring, however many times you change a tap in a day — on the website, on the QR menu at the table, and on the online order.

What does it cost?

A single brick-and-mortar starts at $1,999 to set up, then $399 a month. A 2–4 unit chain starts at $3,999 to set up, then $699 a month. Food trucks and taps are quoted to fit — call for details. Thirty days free, and there is no contract.

Can I try it before I buy it?

Yes — the whole thing is open right now, no login. The live menu is at demo.myserved.menu, the QR table menu at demoqr.myserved.menu and the manager portal at myserved.menu.
